Our hotel is in the heart of the action, easily accessible by mainline rail stations and local transport. The city’s attractions are right on our doorstep, which makes us the perfect stay for a concert, conference or cultural event.

This is a part time job for 24 hours per week. As our next Part-time Reception Team Member:

  • You will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey.
  • You will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks, being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction.
  • You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel’s policies.
