The Resident Victoria in London is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the Front of House team, ensuring smooth guest flow and exceptional service at the hotel’s reception.

You will be the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest queries, providing a warm, professional experience throughout every stay.

You will also support management with staff training, health and safety compliance, and maintaining our high standards of service across all shifts.
