You will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, answer enquiries, and assist with reservations in a warm, welcoming manner.
This role is based in our front office, with a 40-hour week across five days, including occasional early/late shifts and weekends.
Previous hotel reception experience is valued; Opera PMS knowledge is an advantage.
