Up to £35,000 DoE, plus excellent benefits. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Reception Supervisor or a Junior Reception Manager ready to take the next step in their career to join our Front Office team as Reception Manager.

Typical shifts are 7am – 3:30pm and 2:15pm – 10:45pm, however flexibility is essential. This is a hands-on, operational role based at Reception, where you will play a key part in delivering outstanding guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations.

As the first point of contact for many of our guests, the Reception team is central to our success, and this role is critical in maintaining consistently high standards of service.
