Single Homeless Project’s Void Officer role focuses on getting empty properties safe, welcoming and ready to let. You’ll manage the void journey from inspection to ready-to-let, coordinating repairs, decoration, and safety checks with contractors and providers.
You’ll balance pace, quality and value, keep records, track performance, and build credible relationships with landlords and providers. This is a team role in Housing Services with learning opportunities and career development.
