The Single Homeless Project is seeking a Recovery and Opportunities Co-ordinator to join the Islington team. You will support clients facing complex challenges and help them access housing, health, and learning opportunities in a psychologically informed environment.
Working with the ROC Team Leader and partners, you will plan group activities, develop support plans, and promote coproduction, aiming to empower people to recover, gain confidence, and move toward independent living.
