The Single Homeless Project is seeking a Caseworker in London to join the SHPS team. You will assess housing needs, develop personalised housing plans, and coordinate support with partners to prevent homelessness and sustain tenancies.
You will work closely with Housing Options and partner agencies to remove barriers, provide timely interventions and ensure clients gain stability and confidence to secure and sustain a home.
