The Job

Are you ready to shape the future of Mobile? We\’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our new, second Mobile pod. The BigChange Mobile App is a comprehensive job management tool, empowering over 30,000 field service professionals who use it everyday. As our new Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind innovative solutions, expertly translating customer and business needs into impactful product realities. You\’ll contribute directly to achieving our strategic OKRs by identifying and validating critical, unsolved customer problems. You’ll collaborate heavily with stakeholders and ensure your pod is delivering tangible value to our customers. This is a Hybrid working role (1 day per week in Leeds, 4 days working remotely/from home).

What You’ll Do

• Review usage data and conduct customer research to identify product opportunities
• Conduct product discoveries to validate problems and create optimal, innovative solutions, driving forward the most valuable
• Shape your roadmap to achieve strategic OKRs and deliver customer value
• Scope requirements for cross-functional teams to develop great solutions efficiently.
• Provide clear objectives to help your pod prioritise their work
• Manage your backlog in line with priorities, pushing back on low-impact work
• Ensure product delivery achieves the intended outcomes
• Build and manage a strong stakeholder network
• Drive sound, data-based decisions
• Communicate engagingly and proactively
• Contribute compelling ideas and creative options in the development of effective solutions
• Identifies process improvements to help us all be better
• Competitor and market analysis
• Inspires, energizes, motivates and draws out the best work from a cross-functional team

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, (ideally in a B2C SaaS organisation or for a Mobile App (3 – 5 years +)
• Experience working with cross-functional Software Engineering team(s)
• Proven track record of delivering product roadmaps and outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
