The Mobile Engineer is a hands-on coder, responsible for implementing and testing assigned backlog items to high quality, adhering to SDLC, and rapidly delivering reliable, high-quality products and services within an agile team.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and non-functional requirements are adequately considered for assigned backlog items.
- Implement and test assigned backlog items to high quality.
- Adhere to SDLC.
- Rapid, reliable, high quality delivery in pod.
- Technical decision making in pod.
- Estimation of backlog and roadmap items.
- Collaborate with and seek guidance from supporting teams.
- Build design system components.
- Build tools, templates etc that support good developer experience when building products and services.
- Identifying tech debt.
What You’ll Bring:
- Development background required (iOS Swift/ObjectiveC; Android Kotlin/Java).
- Able to understand commercial realities of delivering a profitable product to market.
