We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who thinks like a business leader and acts like a catalyst for performance. This role sits at the centre of the organisation, partnering closely with UK leadership while working as part of a global HR team to turn people strategy into measurable business results. This is a full-time, office-based role, working closely with leaders and teams on the ground to drive engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness. If you enjoy working where commercial thinking, data, and people strategy intersect — and you’re comfortable challenging leaders, shaping decisions, and building high-performing teams — you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
- Be the strategic HR lead for the UK region, partnering with leaders while aligning with global HR frameworks and initiatives.
- Partner with UK leadership to deliver commercially focused people strategies that support business performance and growth.
- Shape workforce planning and organisational design to ensure the business has the right structure, capability, and talent.
- Embed global HR frameworks while applying pragmatic, regionally relevant solutions.
- Advise leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, and team performance.
- Use workforce data and commercial insights to inform decisions and improve productivity.
- Support leaders to set clear expectations, manage performance effectively, and build accountable teams.
- Identify capability gaps and strengthen succession pipelines and leadership development.
- Contribute to initiatives that attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
- Provide commercially balanced guidance on complex employee relations matters.
- Partner with leaders to deliver organisational change and transformation initiatives.
- Own regional employee data, ensuring accurate reporting and meaningful insights for leadership.
- You’ll also play a key role in our AI transformation, supporting the practical adoption of AI tools and technologies across HR and the wider business to improve efficiency and decision-making.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years experience in HR or People Business Partnering roles, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect people strategy to business performance.
- Confidence influencing and challenging leaders constructively.
- Hands-on experience driving initiatives like merges, acquisitions, and organizational transformations.
- Proven experience coaching and influencing managers at all levels, including executives.
- Strong analytical mindset – confident using people data to tell stories and inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt across cultures and time zones.
- Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously while being a team player in a global setting.
- Strong judgment when managing complex employee relations matters.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a global HR team while supporting local leadership.
- Workday experience (highly desirable).
This is a role for someone who wants more than traditional HR. You’ll work closely with leaders in the UK while collaborating with colleagues across our global HR team, helping shape a high-performing organisation that is ready for what’s next. If you enjoy thinking commercially, solving complex problems, and making a tangible impact through people, we’d love to hear from you.
