The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
As a Stock Controller, you’ll support day-to-day inventory and stock management operations, maintaining accurate system records and ensuring goods are handled efficiently to meet customer demand.
Location: Leeds, LS15, on-site.
What You’ll Do- Inventory System & Data Support: Assist with the accurate maintenance and utilisation of inventory and stock management systems for devices, ensuring data integrity.
- Daily Stock Flow & Logistics: Execute daily deliveries, returns, and disposals of physical assets in line with established stock protocols.
- Stock Level Monitoring: Monitor device stock levels, re-order points and lead times, communicating low stock to the manager.
- Supplier Issue Support: Support the resolution of technical issues related to stock items, liaising with suppliers and internal teams as directed.
- Reverse Logistics Processing: Process supplier returns of physical goods, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to procedures.
- Stock Room Organisation: Maintain the stock room and assist with optimising space allocation for device stock.
- Fulfilment Partner Coordination: Support day-to-day coordination with fulfilment and stock partners/suppliers for physical goods.
- Process Improvement Contribution: Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement in daily inventory and logistics operations.
- GCSEs, or a vocational qualification or demonstrable experience in a logistics, warehouse or retail environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and basic stock control systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and reporting.
