Acting as the central point of contact between customers, field engineers and internal teams, you’ll take ownership of installations from initial scheduling through to successful completion. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same – balancing live schedules, proactively resolving issues and ensuring every job stays on track. You’ll manage engineer bookings, monitor real-time dashboards, troubleshoot delays and swiftly reorganise failed or incomplete jobs. Alongside this, you’ll support commissioning activities, raise purchase orders and invoices, coordinate stock dispatch and keep systems accurately updated. You’ll also play a key part in delivering large-scale rollout projects, helping the business hit critical deadlines and performance targets.
