As an Implementation Specialist (internally known as Consultant), you will be at the heart of our client experience - guiding new customers from onboarding through to long-term success. You will deliver impactful training, support clients in adopting key workflows and provide data and design expertise that helps them unlock real value from our platform. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and seeing the direct impact of your work, this role is for you. Location: Leeds (LS15) or Reading (RG1), on-site.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging training on core customer workflows, enabling clients to confidently adopt and embed our products into their business.
- Provide data and design support, including creating reports and output documents that drive meaningful insights and outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior team members to support onboarding and expansion projects for new and existing clients.
- Analyse moderately complex challenges, using sound judgement to assess situations and recommend effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong product knowledge, staying up to date with new features and releases.
- Apply business acumen and industry insight to deliver practical, value-driven outcomes for customers.
- Contribute to customer engagement initiatives, including outreach campaigns and interactive workshops or group learning sessions.
- Facilitate training in both virtual and in-person settings; occasional travel may be required.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
- A professional and consultative approach.
- Excellent training delivery skills, with an ability to tailor methods to suit different needs.
- Experience supporting end customers with Software or Web products.
- Understanding of business processes and workflows.
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes.
