You will provide strategic direction across all our core business systems, ensuring our technology stack is integrated and optimised to support our long-term business objectives and drive growth.**What You’ll Do**Strategic Vision & Roadmap:Lead the development and execution of the comprehensive enterprise applications strategy and roadmap, aligning core business systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with overarching company objectives and future growth.Team Leadership & Development:Inspire, manage, and mentor the internal Systems and Salesforce teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous professional growth.Operational Excellence & Governance:Oversee all aspects of operational delivery for both strategic projects and business-as-usual (BAU) activities. Establish and monitor robust KPIs and SLOs to ensure process adherence, budget management, and optimal performance across all platforms.Integration & Automation Leadership:Drive the strategic definition, development, and oversight of the organisation\’s integration and automation landscape, ensuring seamless connectivity, standardisation, scalability, and efficiency across all enterprise systems.Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement:Cultivate and develop strong, collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders across all departments, the CIO, and C-suite/ELT.
