Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative based in Reading, with some work from home allowed. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, and maintaining relationships with potential clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage and maintain client relationships
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics
• Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Relevant industry experience in trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security, or fire protection is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
