As a specialist in the Kitchens, Bedrooms, and Bathrooms (KBB) sector, we are proud to be a market leader and award-winning consultancy with a reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from client brief to candidate placement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the KBB, Merchant and home interiors sector.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of vacancies and effectively market candidates to clients.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system.
- Proven experience in recruitment (must be permanent, not temporary recruitment), ideally within sales, construction, retail, or a similar professional sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to business development.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the KBB sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience).
