With a clear and determined ambition to supply independent and regional Foodservice Wholesalers, and HoReCa sector, we are on a mission to find an experienced Sales Manager who will step into this newly created role. The customer universe is largely untapped, the competition is ‘napping’, and opportunity is enormous for this new entrant business that specialises in a unique and high demand food category, bang-on trend on every menu in the UK’s hospitality market.

With significant financial backing, led by an impressive Board, the focus right now is expansion, building a UK enterprise. Already a thriving £multi-million revenue, the plan is to treble turnover in the next four years by scaled and selective business choices. This will require key Distributor relationship development, enticing innovation and technical know-how in product development for independent restaurants, hotels and catering institutions.

Responsible for the UK South East region’s new business sales plan, as well as the building and leading a winning field sales team, this major appointment will bring a pioneer who can firmly place our client as the ‘quality first’ supplier of choice on the agendas of Foodservice partners.

You are well trained in Foodservice and OOH sales process and methods, ideally relevant to the food industry. You know how to optimise customer relationships, you have a strong voice at the customer table, you are passionate about winning business and realising meaningful partnerships with innovation at the heart of the offer, as a quality supplier of choice.
