Our client is a €3 billion European-based global food business searching for a Category and Insights Professional. The remit is simple; reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead the Category & Insights agenda for existing and new dairy/chilled food brands here in the UK. Europe will also feature as a wider landscape.
Category sits at the forefront of all decisions within the working culture of our £65m client. This is a vital leadership, yet hands on role in shaping and developing category insight strategy. Thinking and acting with conviction and fearlessness must be your natural MO. You will have masses of freedom to make this role your own. Your combined Category techniques and experience equips you to succeed; you’re well respected as someone who is an inspiration to a large crowd, a creative visionary and you make things happen. This role is principally about nurturing a philosophy of category-based ‘conceptual selling’ and decision making to this business, focusing on day to day operational CatMan activity as well as the future visioning and shaping.
