A Senior NAM with hands-on customer accountability for its Grocery customers will put you right at the heart of this organisation and its vibrant sales community.

You’ll lead, with the Commercial Director and colleagues, and execute an actionable channel strategy to drive new distribution, building brand equity as the primary measurement of success. You will own the strategy for the Top 4 grocery retailer landscape. As a sales champion with an understanding of what it means to ‘brand build with the customer’ you’ll benefit from the wider support of highly trained consumer marketing and experiential teams.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, well-trained Grocery NAM. Someone who knows how to optimise a Top 4 account relationship. Your passion, attitude, and appetite for building customer success, and importantly winning back business from competitors, will be key to your success.

Your innate commercial curiosity, wilful sales mindset, and desire for independence to show your value really matters. You’ll be proven on JBP negotiations and understand the customer like no other.
