Today, you have hands-on customer accountability for the big Foodservice Wholesalers (Brakes, Bidfood, Booker etc). Your reputation in knowing this channel is what sets you apart from the rest.
Your success will put you right at the heart of this organisation and its vibrant sales community. You’ll lead and execute an actionable channel strategy that will deliver x3 existing as well as new distribution volumes, building brand equity as the primary measurement of success. You will own the route-to-market strategy for the Wholesale sector.
With your peers managing the multitude of end user customers, you will influence the ‘push/pull’ to the optimum within all the other feeder routes to market, coffee shops, Horeca, travel sectors plus the rest. As a sales champion with an understanding of what it means to ‘brand build with the customer’ you’ll benefit from the wider support of highly trained consumer marketing and experiential teams.
We are looking for a knowledgeable, smart NAM ready for a step-up. Someone who knows how to nurture major account relationships. Your passion, attitude, and appetite for building customer success, and importantly winning back business from competitors, will be key to your success.
