Wanted! Human Resource/Talent Acquisition Rockstar – FMCG sector Based London. Our client is a UK category leader of consumer goods, a £500m+, branded food business. They reach and delight the hearts and minds of millions of consumers across the globe. The organisation has enjoyed an amazing transformation recently and is setting new parameters for fast paced organic, as well as M&A growth.
This is a newly created role with split responsibility for major HR projects and senior Talent Acquisition programmes across a multifunctional workforce of commercial, legal, finance and procurement teams. A pivotal role in shaping and executing the organisational and people agenda, this is a truly enterprising chance to impact an already successful function and be seen as a subject champion of HR/TA within an established business, relentless in pursuit of great people and practices at pace.
You will have accountability for a range of critical activities; talent acquisition mostly, working closely with a demanding SLT. Also, developing latest HR process, based on industry trends, finding ways to continually improve employer branding. Using your wealth of structured career learnings to date, and ‘mastery’ of experiences, your role will involve a particularly hands-on, agile approach.
You will design and make things happen in all aspects of HR where you have knowledge. Especially, you’ll be expected to influence and direct the Board with great skill. Your creation and carefully implemented methods will become gold standard.
You will be a Senior HR Business Partner, even Head of HR today. Ideally, you will have an accomplished career gained from recognised consumer focussed organisations, plus a highly credible personal style that your peers and the Board will quickly trust. This role demands real conviction and someone who wants to make a difference.
Your demonstrable passion for HR/TA, coupled with the personal ambition to inspire an organisation with significant impact on a changing culture, will equip you to succeed.
