You will be the key driver of ambitious growth for an industrial manufacturing organisation with global influence. The role is for a recognised sales leader with an exemplary track record in B2B sales and a deep understanding of direct‑to‑customer and distributor markets worldwide. You will own the entire sales plan at the executive boardroom level and inspire the sales team with new processes and ideas.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the formulation and execution of the company’s global sales strategy.
- Directly shape the annual sales plan, revenue targets and P&L performance.
- Build and nurture a high‑performance sales team, driving culture, discipline and results.
- Develop and champion large‑scale marketing and outbound business development opportunities.
- Drive the growth of new customer markets across the world, especially in unchartered territories.
- Report to the Managing Director and sit on the executive table.
- Use commercial curiosity to uncover new markets, customer segments and new distribution channels.
- Senior sales leader with international B2B experience.
- Proven track record of success in direct‑to‑customer and distributor universes.
