You’ll be part of a close-knit Board team, led by the Trustees of the Employee Trust Ownership (EOT), each passionately dedicated to the fundamentals of HR, ER, L&D practices. You’ll be masterful and inspiring in your direct leadership of an exec team and total workforce of around 25 people. This will include short and long term company objectives that derive from continuous improvement of existing training and services products.
You’ll maintain the company’s purpose and core values at all times, to ensure the broader combined population of Associates have your attention and know how to be their best at work and with clients.
You’ll be no stranger to the commercial rigours of existing and new business development, focussed on exceptional programme delivery, deepening the interdependence of client partnership as a key focus. This will include a full review of current pricing strategy, consultant rates, product profitability, to balance EBIT performance with strong revenues, optimising overheads.
Your evident commercial acumen sets you apart from ‘implementation only’ operators and is critical to your successful track record. Your career experience must have originated from large organisations where employee welfare is at the forefront of enterprise. Today you could be working for an existing training, ER/HR management consultancy or an associated human resources service, product-led business.
You’ll be skilled at being an accomplished Managing Partner/Director, preferably knowing the machinations of owner-led small business life! Above all, you’ll possess the EQ and IQ to craft game changing opportunity and generate solutions to consultancy needs for a discerning client base. You are bright and intuitive about people. You’re resourceful, and you love the thrill of delivering results; you crave the freedom to act on your sound judgement.
