£150,000 plus full executive benefits package. Our client, an £800m UK subsidiary of a global FMCG giant at £15bn, is on the hunt for an outright leader and subject matter expert, someone with meaningful breadth and depth of Trade and Customer Marketing execution, as well as competent understanding of subset functions such as Category, Shopper, and Net Revenue Management.
A visionary who can devise and deliver growth levers within the ever-increasing demands of the total FMCG customer universe. ‘Thinking Global, acting Local’ is the fundamental driver of this senior leadership role. You are the absolute connector between global vision and UK strategy; being able to optimise the wide matrix of multi-functional working as well as managing C-suite from near and afar, involvement is going to be your innate skill.
You already have the knowledge to direct £multi-million programmes in Trade Marketing excellence; your track record will be proven yet tested again to the full. Relentless high expectations of performance from others is where you get your energy. You will lead a vast team of up to 30 people in pursuit of becoming the #1 ambient branded and retailer brand food business in a £3bn category.
