Our client - a family owned (three Generations), importer and distributor of household names, UK and international brands in food and drink business, now approaching 80-years of an enviable and much-admired reputation in the FMCG industry. Revenue growth continues beyond £100m and there’s no sign of stopping!

Responsibilities

  • Own the brand P&Ls for the company’s ‘crown jewels’, a portfolio of three cherished food brands.
  • Manage a wide variety of brand activities, building and executing trade and consumer plans.
  • Develop NPD, launch new and existing ranges into retail and foodservice customers, and closely monitor promotional and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

  • FMCG structured training, recognised from an early, or later career in both consumer and customer marketing functions.
  • Passionate about consumerism in the food world.
  • Enjoy building adventurous brand plans and delivering tactical marketing initiatives, coupled with consumer PR and digital communication programmes.
  • Strong analytical mind, excellent at project execution.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and resilience.
  • Personal conviction and energy, self-confidence, strong interpersonal skills, bags of EQ.
