You’re an experienced FD/CFO looking for your next, possibly even last enterprising gig in the world of start-up business. You’ll be practiced/expert at leading Founders on the journey of building the next generation in a category defined as functional foods.
From the genesis of the P&L, to creating a compelling investor proposition, then raising seed and pre-money capital, always at the same time challenging the ebb and flow of costs and ROCE. You’ve done this before and you’re ready to go again!
Ideally from the world of FMCG, food preferably, you’ll understand the cadence of retail as well as D2C distribution models. You will have been a vital part of leadership teams and enjoyed the science (and spoils) of buying, selling, but importantly building the business of a branded idea from scratch ideally.
The aim is to launch a business that can rapidly scale to in excess of £10m (three years) and achieve a fruitful exit for all involved.
