You’re an ambitious sales professional on the upswing of your career. Right now, your role is simply not enough to fuel your drive for success or personal reward. You are ready to join a new business and make a serious name for yourself.

Today, you have the experience and knowledge of selling B2B contract, re packing services; blending, liquid filling, toll manufacturing, preferably in chemicals, developing and winning corporate partnerships. You are a hunter first and foremost and love closing deals! You are someone who loves autonomy, with plenty of engaging support around you.

Our client is an established name in industrial chemicals, composites, and polymers distribution. With revenue heading towards £50m, this subsidiary, part of a wider international group, is transforming the traditional Distributor world within its sector to a more dynamic, fast-paced, value-generative enterprise. Repacking services is a major focus now as part of the growth objectives for the company worldwide. You will be part of a newly built sales team in the UK and across Europe.

Unusually the role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will love the idea of such exposure and being the pioneer in unchartered territories, where business is untapped with so much white space to win business. The competition is complacent and napping right now!

You’ll love to make decisions independently, often with commercial wit and creativity. Your communication and personal approach is engaging and inspiring at all levels. An interest in the world of chemicals and industrial manufacturing is very much desired. This is a job for a sales lionheart, fearless and relentless in your pursuit for career success where personal development and financial rewards will be guaranteed.
