Working with the UK's top retailers and household named brands, our client designs integrated sales & marketing programmes that combine sophisticated merchandising strategies, retail sampling, brand ambassadors, brand events, and state of the art insights and intelligence.
This means leading the annual operating plan, maximising the deployment of 50+ field sales teams, developing compelling activation and in-store marketing activities, coupled with making pitches for continued growth to the Boards of those clients. You will transform and inspire a large field and account team to execute best in class sales performance and accelerate growth in a market where opportunities are plentiful.
An experience in sales is paramount; an instinct for great client service is even more so! Your quest for driving business initiatives and providing outstanding client relationship management must be evident. You will be a seasoned and experienced commercial manager in FMCG sales and multiple retail or wholesale customer management, preferably from recognised CPG brands. Ideally, you will also have experience of or certainly appreciation for the world of sales and marketing communications consultancy services.
It's absolutely essential that you possess clarity of thinking, apply rigor in your analysis and decision-making, and communicate effectively across large teams. Continuous training and development of our sales teams is at the heart of our corporate objectives, to optimise individual performance and enhance commercial capability and leadership.
