The Sim Club is a new hospitality-led social venue opening in Northampton. It will bring together eight premium golf simulator bays, social darts and games, all built around a proper bar, good food and excellent service.
This is not a traditional golf club or sports bar. We are creating a modern clubhouse: somewhere people meet friends, eat, drink, play and entertain clients, whether they play golf or not.
We are looking for a General Manager Hospitality to join the founding team ahead of opening and take responsibility for the hospitality side of the business.
The role
You'll work directly with the founders and alongside our General Manager Golf, Membership & Entertainment .
The two General Managers will work side by side. One will lead golf, memberships and entertainment, while you will lead the bar, food, kitchen, front of house and hospitality team.
As a pre-opening hire, you'll help us recruit and train the opening team, put the right systems and procedures in place, work with suppliers and establish the service standards for the club.
Once open, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day hospitality operation.
