The Silver X Group is seeking a Transport Planning Lead for our Alfreton depot in Riddings. The role focuses on hands-on, fast-paced operation management with ownership of planning, scheduling, and compliance. Salary up to £35,000 plus a bonus scheme and a supportive management team.
You will lead daily transport operations, manage a team of drivers, optimise routes and fuel use, and work with telematics systems to improve costs and service. 45 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
