The Silver X Group is seeking a Driver Workforce Recruiter to partner with operations and drive driver resourcing across The Silver X Group and Bow Distribution & Warehousing Ltd. This hands-on role shapes the recruitment strategy, aims to reduce agency reliance, and delivers an engaging candidate experience.

You will:

  • Write compelling adverts
  • Source and interview applicants
  • Manage ATS (Cezanne Recruitment)
  • Benchmark EVP
  • Collaborate with the Driver Trainer to coordinate driving
