The Role: We are looking for a Warehouse Line Supply Operator to join our team at The Silver Spoon Company in Bardney. This role is key to ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials across the warehouse, yard, and wider site. You will be responsible for following all operational, health and safety, environmental, and food safety procedures. Your duties will include:

  • Recording operational data accurately
  • Identifying and resolving basic issues
  • Escalating concerns to your manager when needed
  • Supporting audits by demonstrating safe handling of raw materials, packaging, and finished products
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring smooth shift handovers

This role has a three shift pattern, including nights.

The Candidate: We’re looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or food manufacturing environment. You should have good communication skills, be confident in recording accurate information, and be able to work effectively on your own initiative.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence (current and valid)
  • Desirable: Reach Truck Licence, COSHH Awareness
  • Experience in a warehouse or food manufacturing setting and awareness of HACCP and GMP are desirable.
