This is an exciting role in managing our day-to-day Booker & FSWS business and being part of the Food Service Wholesale team, focusing on business development and expanding our customer base. With lots of opportunity across all our home baking and desserts & shakes brands, the right candidate will have the opportunity to grow and embed new customer relationships. It requires an engaged team member, who is motivated to work alongside a great team to deliver the business plans and to excite and delight our customers.

The primary objective of the Customer Executive role is to support the Customer Controller & Customer Manager in the effective management & business development of FSWS (Food Service Wholesale) customers. The emphasis will be to support the achievement of the key strategies and objectives, through delivery of plans, building strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and supporting the development of new business opportunities.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities- Support the development of the in-year plan with customers, focusing on growing volume, profitability, and mix, in line with business and sales strategy.
- Support the delivery of target volume, contribution and non-financial KPIs for the customer.
- Build and develop relationships to deliver internal and external KPIs.
- Support the budgeting, pricing, forecasting and promotional activities for the customer in line with S&OP process. Monitor performance variance to plan.
- Communicate & manage customer risks and drive delivery of all opportunities.
- Deliver an appropriate promotional plan for the FSWS customers, manage the process internally.
- Work closely with the Category, Marketing and Project Teams to deliver growth opportunities for Silver Spoon through maximising range, seasonal activity and innovation specific to the channel.

Educated to degree level or can demonstrate this standard through work-related experience.
