Key Accountabilities
This is an important role in the business supporting the Directors to be as efficient and successful as they can.
Silver Spoon is an engaging and collaborative organisation with our central office at its heart. This role is the face of the office and needs to ensure it is both an efficient and an engaging place to work.
We are a fast-paced business, and this role is important in helping to provide the structure and organisation around its ways of working.
The Right Person
An experienced PA, you will be highly organised and efficient with good attention to detail. A calm and trustworthy operator, able to multitask and stay calm under pressure you will enjoy working with others to make things happen.
You will be expert in the use of IT systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint and able to drive efficiency through their use. Office and Event management experience will also be an advantage.
