The Role
Silver Spoon is seeking an ESG & Supply Chain Environment Specialist to join our team in Peterborough. This new role supports our growing ESG agenda, focusing on environmental standards across our supply chain. Reporting to the Head of Procurement & ESG, you will lead initiatives in carbon, waste, water, and regenerative agriculture, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation and alignment with our sourcing policies.
You will be responsible for mapping our supply chain, developing supplier standards, managing audits, and driving data‑led reduction plans. The role also includes overseeing ESG governance, coordinating Scope 3 carbon data, and supporting sustainability projects with our partners. Strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential.
We’re looking for someone with a background in sustainability or ESG, strong data and audit skills, and a passion for environmental impact. You’ll need to be organised, influential, and ready to lead change in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.
