The Role
You’ll be delivering luxury, high-performance treatments with professionalism, warmth, and precision. Your role is vital in shaping the client experience — from consultations and aftercare to education and retail.
Your Key Skills Will Include:
- Waxing (including intimate)
- Lash & brow treatments (inc. lash lift)
- Deep tissue & hot stone massage
- Advanced and classic facials
- Manicures & pedicures (including gels)
- Tailored skincare advice & product knowledge (Full training provided in DermaQuest & more)
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (Level 4 is a bonus)
- Brings 3+ years’ experience in beauty/skin therapy
- Is skincare obsessed — and excited about advanced aesthetics
- Is confident, professional, results-focused, and warm
- Thrives in a high-standard, supportive, and fun team environment
- Is reliable, proactive, and passionate about helping clients feel their best
