We are looking for a highly professional Spa Manager to join our Spa team for the very exciting opening of The Alfriston located in East Sussex, which dates back to the 14th century and is the fourth property in the growing Signet Collection. The recently refurbished Hotel has 38 beautifully redesigned bedrooms and suites, a stunning function room, The 1554 Brasserie, offering views over the front lawn towards the sea and revamped herb and vegetable plots across the hotel gardens. The hotel bar offers more casual dining for guests both in and outdoors, while the Orangery serves breakfast and afternoon tea with views over the rear gardens and the Signet spa includes a steam room, sauna, outdoor swimming pool and three treatment rooms.

You will:
- Manage and take overall responsibility for an efficient and effective Spa operation at the hotel.
- Manage, motivate and train team members through inspirational leadership.
- Attend and actively participate in regular management meetings.
- Ensure that all team members are trained to the Company standard.
- Have an understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations.
- Have IOSH / NEBOSH or another relevant, recognised H&S qualification (preferable).
- Have Pool Plant Operator Level 3 qualification (preferable).
- Have experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
- Complete all rotas to provide cover for the restaurant in line with the wage cost budget.
- Have massage/facial treatment qualifications (preferable).
- Carry out Hotel Duty Management shifts.
