The Sign Group is a fast‑growing team dedicated to crafting creative, eye‑catching signs and architectural lighting. Everything is made in‑house, from traditional to modern solutions, and our work lights up spaces for Apple, Sky, Google, Gucci, Facebook, Virgin Atlantic, O2, Amazon, Microsoft, Budweiser, Karl Lagerfeld and hundreds more. Based just outside Leeds city centre, our friendly 35‑strong team thrives on collaboration, great coffee and the buzz of seeing our projects come to life across the UK. We are looking for an experienced sign‑industry professional, with at least two years’ experience in the signage industry, to help build better relationships with existing trade accounts, produce sharp quotes and guide projects smoothly from brief to delivery. A salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per year depending on experience. Annual Pay Reviews, 21 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and a company pension scheme. On site parking and cycle to work scheme. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager / Estimator: Manage a live portfolio of trade clients, nurturing long‑term relationships. Organise calls or join video calls to scope work and gather details. Spot upsell opportunities and contribute to overall sales targets. Keep the CRM, job tracker and paperwork tidy so finance always knows what’s landing. Share know‑how with junior team members and support their development. Minimum two years’ experience in signage sales, estimating or project management. Strong Excel and Outlook skills plus a logical, numbers‑friendly approach to quoting. Clear, friendly communication on the phone, in person and over email. Calm head when deadlines loom and multiple projects need attention. Team spirit – you enjoy coaching others and pitching in where needed. Full UK driving licence useful for occasional site visits. As this role is an onsite position, the successful candidate will need the ability to reliably commute or relocate to central Leeds before starting work.
