This role is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (full time).
Hours may be variable to suit the needs of the job.
Some evening work will be required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement the annual maintenance programme to be undertaken by the Site Team.
- Organise and manage the work of the Assistant Site Manager, including allocation of duties, monitoring efficiency to ensure high standards, and implementing the internal PMR process annually.
- Direct, liaise with and manage contractor activity on site to ensure work meets expectations laid out by the Senior Management and Trust Estates Department.

- Experience in a maintenance background.
- Adaptable and comfortable with new ideas and demands.
- Ability to make rational, realistic and sound decisions based on consideration of all the facts and alternatives available.
