The Assembler position involves active teamwork and responsibility for installing truck bodies and supporting the production of various components.

  • Assemble or install truck body and walk-in van parts
  • Use hand, air, and power tools skillfully
  • Maintain attention to detail and work meticulously
  • Work as part of a team, learning and rotating through different workstations
  • Meet quality, quantity, performance, and safety standards
  • Obtain necessary supplies and parts
  • Assist colleagues when not engaged in assembly
  • Keep the department clean and organized
  • Participate in 5S and Lean Principles initiatives

Requirements for success:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • At least 12 months manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive, RV, or boat industries
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good attendance record
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various positions
  • Experience with power tools and reading gauges
  • Ability to understand work orders and safety regulations
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
