The predicted salary is between 22400 - 28000 £ per year.
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our clients team as a Vehicle Buyer/Vehicle Coordinator. In this critical role, you will ensure the timely purchase and delivery of Base Vehicles to their factories, in line with supplier terms and conditions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring vehicle availability for production, facilitating smooth communication across departments including Sales, Finance, and Production, and contributing to key business decisions., Order all BVs as per company requirements to ensure a steady supply for production at both factories.

Communicate with BV suppliers to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and manage discrepancies, ensuring all invoices are in line with purchase orders and supply agreements.

Oversee vehicle receipt, inspection, and booking, complying with goods-in procedures. Assist with Vehicle Condition Description (VCD) for received used vehicles.

Maintain up-to-date reporting to provide visibility of vehicle statuses to internal departments, enabling timely decision-making.

Manage sub-contractors for production and facilities, negotiating costs, coordinating jobs, and handling Purchase Orders.
Prior experience working with Vehicles or experience liaising with Vehicle Suppliers/manufacturers or dealers.
