Working as part of a small technical team. You will be required to undertake mechanical & electrical maintenance, repair and rudimentary fault finding on rail vehicles, specifically Electrostar Stock, ensuring that the fleet can operate safely. Your job role will have varied duties and tasks will include:

To undertake all types of mechanical / electrical fault finding and repair on Rolling stock units to ensure that a reliable, safe and defect free train is provided.

Responsible for ensuring that any maintenance undertaken at the depot is done so in accordance with the company’s safety regulations. Any maintenance undertaken by the should not infringe on the customers timetable unless the safety of the set is compromised.
