Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment associated with Horticultural machinery that is sold by the company’s sales departments. This role will be solely workshop based.

Repair and maintain equipment for customers associated with Horticultural machinery

Diagnose faults and successfully carry out repairs and service work

Good knowledge of Utility, Garden and small Agricultural machinery

Knowledge of Domestic or Professional Grass Machinery and how it functions is advantageous

Ability to diagnose hydraulic and electrical faults using the latest software

Have the ability to work alone using own initiative and as part of a team

Heavy lifting but apply common sense to items that require assistance

Competent in the use of computers

Excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone

Full clean driver’s licence
Hours: 39 hours per week – 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Overtime above 39 hours per week will be paid at time and a half
Salary: £Competitive, depending upon experience
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Hourly Paid
