We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work on our Smart Metering Contract. You will be part of our Contract Management Team working in our Liverpool office. This is a hybrid role.

As the Commercial Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of members of the Commercial Team

  • Enabling the Contract to monitor expenditure and identify costing saving opportunities.

  • You will deliver Monthly outputs

  • Ensure productions of monthly trading accounts including variance analysis, key performance indicators and supporting commentaries in line with agreed SLA and reporting deadlines.

  • To ensure the Internal Monthly Reconciliation exercise is completed.

  • Budgeting and forecasting.

  • Ensuring Sub Contractors are paid.

  • To ensure payroll is processed accurately

You will be:

  • the "go to" person for costs and monthly reconciliation processing.

  • Expert in numerical and analytical skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Experience with NEC3 Contracts

You will also have a full UK driving license
