We need a Planning Engineer for a prestigious construction project in Waltham Abbey.
You will:

Identify and manage key internal and external interfaces including,

procurement,

consents,
-
dependent projects
-
Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders ensuring buy-in to the project schedule.

Ensure plans are validated using benchmark data, and design information (BIM) where available.
We’re looking for

Significant planning experience working on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects.

Proficient in Primavera P6
-
Knowledge and experience in elements of power networks or power generation

Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Full Driving Licence and ability to spend time in a construction office 3 day per week in Waltham Abbey
Desirable

Knowledge and experience working with BIM and 4D planning

Qualified to degree level, would be advantageous as would having formal project management qualifications such as APM or PRINCE2

Knowledge of procurement processes and forms of contracts like NEC Option C Target Cost
