  • Track record of growing, transforming, or scaling a business or business unit
  • Delivered revenue growth through client wins, account expansion
  • Owned full P&L, improving margins, costs, and profitability
  • Led improvement in fit-out delivery performance (programme certainty, bid turnaround, utilisation)
