The Shore Group has been appointed by a Tier 1 Main Contractor to support the appointment of a Senior Project Manager. The business is well regarded within the market, delivering CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects across London. As Senior Project Manager, you will assume responsibility for a portfolio of projects, overseeing delivery from inception through to completion. Projects typically range in value from £2 million to £15 million, requiring a structured and commercially focused approach to programme, cost, and quality management.
You will take responsibility for the full project lifecycle, including tendering and pre-construction phases, project initiation, delivery, and post-completion aftercare. As part of your role, you will take the lead in managing relationships with both clients and the wider professional team. This includes working with cost and project management consultants, architectural practices, and professional quantity surveyors.
You will play a key role in tendering, contributing to work-winning activity, and building strong, lasting relationships, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality outcomes across projects.

- Experience in producing and managing construction programmes using industry-standard planning software
