This is a hands‑on Operations Director position, responsible for leading project delivery across a growing and diverse pipeline of commercial fit out projects. The role will suit someone who enjoys being close to the detail, working directly with delivery teams, and ensuring consistency and quality across both D&B and traditionally procured schemes. You will take ownership of the day‑to‑day operational performance of the business, driving delivery standards, supporting project teams, and ensuring projects are executed safely, profitably, and to a high standard.
