The Shore Group is partnering with a market-leading £200M+ Tier 1 contractor to appoint a Divisional Commercial Director to play a pivotal role in the next phase of their growth. This is a rare opportunity to take full commercial ownership of a high-performing division delivering complex office retrofit commercial projects (£15M–£50M) across London. The role offers genuine autonomy backed by a proven leadership team to shape strategy, build your team, and influence project selection and client relationships.

You will operate as a true business leader: driving commercial performance, enhancing delivery capability, and working closely with the Managing Director to scale the division and expand market presence.
