The Shore Group are working with a Sussex based Contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / high level Project Manager to support the PM on a £3mil Refurb on the Brighton area.
The project will be a complete internals refurb with complex phases. Ideally, you will have experience working in controlled environments such as hospitals, pharmaceuticals, labs or other healthcare facilities and possess an understanding of Traditional and/or NEC contracts.
My Client would also be interested in someone with a strong MEP understanding as long as you have experience in the Science / Healthcare sectors.
